Every set you've
ever done.
Still yours.

A gym log built for the middle of a working set — big controls, values that carry over, nothing to sign into. Your history lives on your phone and goes nowhere else.

Requires iOS 17 or later.

Built around the truth

It records what happened, not what it assumed.

Most trackers quietly fill in blanks. This one refuses to. A field you left empty stays empty, and a number it isn't sure about is flagged until you say otherwise.

Fast during a set

Values carry from the previous set, weights step up and down, and one tap ticks a set off. Reachable one-handed with a bar in the other.

Progress you can trust

Charts by week and by exercise. A personal best is only claimed when the unit and the meaning of the weight are both known.

Nothing leaves the phone

No account, no server, no analytics. The app has no networking code at all — the only link it opens is a technique video you asked for.

Start in two taps

Your routine, already loaded.

Save the workouts you actually do as templates. Tap Upper Body and the whole session is waiting — sets, reps, and the weight you used last time, not a number you typed in months ago.

  • Templates for each kind of session
  • Last session's weight fills itself in
  • Nothing ticked until you've actually done it
Starting an upper body workout in GymAnna, with a template chosen and eleven exercises listed ready to be ticked off.

Bring your history

Years of scribbled notes, read properly.

Paste your notes exactly as you wrote them. GymAnna reads the shorthand, the misspellings and the corrections you scrawled mid-session — and where a line could mean two things, it asks instead of guessing.

  • Four readings found — every one kept, none thrown away
  • One proposed, the rest offered as alternatives
  • Left out of your trends until you confirm it

A short session still counts.

Trends

Ten months in, the shape shows up.

Sessions by week, split by what you trained. Weight normalised across pounds and kilos without ever overwriting what you typed. Loads whose meaning is unclear are left out rather than counted wrong.

  • Per-exercise curves over any range
  • Mixed units handled without losing the original
  • Unconfirmed imports excluded by default
The trends screen showing workouts per week as a stacked bar chart with upper body, lower body and mobility sessions.

Privacy

There is no server to leak.

This isn't a policy position, it's how the app is built. There is no account system, no backend, and no analytics library anywhere in it.

Yours to take with you

Export everything as JSON or CSV whenever you like — original values, units, weight meanings and the raw text of anything you imported. Delete all of it in one action.

Health data stays put

Apple Health is optional and off. Turn it on and only the workout summary is shared — never your sets, reps or notes.

Read the full Privacy Policy for the detail, including how device backups work.

Whenever you started

Keep the record. It adds up.

Ten months of sessions, or the one you did this morning. GymAnna keeps each of them exactly as you logged it, on the phone in your pocket.
